Gymnast Kate
Kate had her gymnastics performance and she did a terrific job. She has loved this year improving her gymnastics skills with some very fun friends!
I was a little less than excited to go and watch her performance because Daddy was on call and Clara was one sad, sick little girl...and the performance was totally crowded and really late into the night. Check out this line we had to wait in for an hour before we found our spots!
See the people with chairs? They have been before. I was chairless. And Clara was not impressed.
Luckily they sold ring pops at the front and that kept Clara entertained. We found a nice spot up on the balcony where we could see everything and we could sit on the floor until it was Kate's turn. Clara did excellent. She did drop her pacifier once in the beginning (probably right on top of someone's head below...but I couldn't tell because I couldn't see) and I was pondering what to do or how to get it back when it flew right up and landed perfectly in my lap. It was a binky miracle.
Afterwards Sawyer was excited to give Kate the flowers he had picked out for her at the store. They were roses because "they match her middle name." It ended up being a fun night. So proud of our gymnast Kate!
